Last updated — 17 July 2025
PixMotion (“PixMotion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your Personal Information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the PixMotion mobile application (the “App” or “Services”).
Key Points at a Glance
- What PixMotion does – PixMotion is an AI‑powered video‑generation app that lets you transform ordinary videos into dynamic, stylised motion graphics in a single tap.
- On‑device face processing – Any Face Data is processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or share Face Data with anyone, and it is deleted immediately after rendering.
- Video handling – Photos and videos you upload are processed entirely on our servers and immediately deleted once generation is complete. The generated videos are stored on secure servers for up to 30 days so you can re‑download or re‑edit them. You can delete any generated video at any time in the App, and it will be automatically and permanently erased 30 days after creation.
- Why we use your data – To deliver and improve the service, maintain security, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
- Your privacy rights – Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict how we use your Personal Information.
